So I was informed by Jean Marie that an older Rottweiler's legs were tied and shot in the head twice in a wooded area. One, why would anyone do this? Two, it's completely cruel to hurt animals. Three, I hope whoever did this is caught and goes to prison. Animal cruelty laws need to be stiffer. Older dogs are still lovable and loyal. They have the right to live there life to the fullest and be cared for. Look at my little Daisy, how could anyone harm a Rottie?
